*The Cyclical Historical Information that is "NEW INFORMATION" Today*
In today's world we use PRE-HAB Techniques to immediately decrease the severity of the injury and to increase the effectiveness of treatments. Assisting the body's own natural healing process will promote healing and prepare for conventional medical treatment. Tension and pain reduction, as well as sleep promotion assist in healing.
The techniques can be done sitting, standing, or in a prone position. The bedridden or severely injured have the ability to use these procedures.
The Pre-Hab Techniques' presentation video is seventeen minutes long.
Using the video as a "follow along" presentation will be sufficient to gain a working level understanding of the "Pre-Hab Techniques.
These are no-cost, easy to learn, do-it-yourself techniques which do not require medications or equipment. The healing properties are by increasing blood circulation effects. There is the potential for pain relief, and the removal of toxins.
Supplementing this process is the ability to add input from other natural sources including visualization. Visualization is used to focus circulation through the specific areas of the body that are targeted for healing.
For the convenience of being able to follow along with the video presentation, a "sitting" position application of the technique is first illustrated on the video. The specific bio-dynamics of the deep breathing cycle are first taught while sitting. The same breathing process is then used for "standing" healing/stretching exercises. A walking around technique for foot/hip/back pain reduction is also given from the standing position. The "prone" position is then introduced, the same deep breathing process is used.
The technique works most efficiently when lying down in a face-up prone position. The bed ridden have no disadvantage. (For people too weak to breathe properly an alternative "void" breathing technique uses visualization, not traditional chest expansion to breath. See the free "abdominal to void breathing" video click here )
Of note is that pain relief may begin immediately. Even if the pain doesn't completely subside; at least a respite from the pain is obtained. The ability of the body to subsequently relax has both physical and mental soothing/healing effects. The anti-inflammation properties of the increased blood supply assist in immediate applied therapy.
When traditional methods won't work, or are unavailable, then another alternative needs to be investigated. This is an alternative. There may be instances where a breakthrough with this alternative will allow traditional methods to work.

Some applications Include:
Maximized Breathing Bio-Dynamics:
* Blood and energy flow increases.
* Body straightens and relaxes, organs are less constricted.
* Additional energies use the breathing for an conduit.
* Concentration and use of visualization are improved as stress, trauma, and pain are reduced. Other visualization techniques are more
accessible or unhindered.
* Begins the process of assisting the body in its natural healing process.
* Pain and trauma reduction:
* Immediate application after the injury occurs to help remove pain, toxins and inflammation.
* Begin healing processes immediately.
* Relax and/or expand body and tissues for better circulation.
* Direct energy flow into pain areas to assist in control of pain.
* Relax and straighten body, spinal cord, and abdominal cavity:
* Natural body functions work better.
* Breath and energy flow enhanced.
* Situations where "no cost," "no medications," "no other treatments," or "nothing else is working" applies.

Respiratory Therapy:
Expiration/Clearing the Lungs/"Coughing It Up"
(free video click here)
This method of empowering the breathing cycle is the natural use of a full, complete, abdominal breathing cycle that has a source of the bottom of the abdominal cavity. It is one of the many types of abdominal breathing.
One of the attributes of abdominal breathing is that the chest, neck, and shoulder muscles are used very minimally.
This reduces muscle fatigue; especially when there is constant, labored breathing.
People with an exhausted or deteriorated physical state also benefit from the lower requirement for physical
performance.
At the moment there is a "lingering cough" going around. Coughing at work or social situations is not good social etiquette because everyone is afraid of getting the flu. Refraining from social contact for weeks because of the "cough" is not acceptable. Performing the "coughing up" technique on the car ride to work or before going out may clear up the lungs long enough for hours of relief or a good night time sleep.
The natural process of "coughing up" mucous is an enhanced exhale burst. The "momentum" gained from the exhale energy coming from the abdominal floor greatly assists in dispelling the lung fluids without the muscular stress of a typical chest contraction produced cough. The chest is actually rather still and part of a long vertical tube expelling the mucous. The volume of air is greater with the entire body cavity participating in the breathing process. The power of the exhale is exhibited by the increase in the sound of the expelled air.
The instructions for learning abdominal floor breathing is simple. The free video on "Abdominal to Void Breathing" and the "Pre-Hab Techniques" Video (also on this Video Page) has step by step instructions. Also the books on Kindle have the same breathing instructions (click here for the Book Page.)
The exhale is accomplished by a deep "sigh" that continues to the floor of the abdomen.
The inhale is accomplished by the opening of the mouth wide as in the beginning of a big "yawn."
The mucous and fluids are collected by both the exhale squeezing the lungs and the inhale clearing the lungs. Sooner or later a desire to cough will build up. The abdominal exhale expells the fluid in one big cough. almost effortless because it is not by chest compression.
The greatest significance is that the ability to produce an immediate, full inhale at any moment takes away the fear of asphyxiation as the cough/fluids build up.
The video is actual coughing while sick so it is not the most pretty presentation. Observing and listening to real "coughing up" better illustrates the technique.
