Natural Joint Therapy, Balance Training, Movement Therapy, Pain Relief
This video was originally intended as a "Help! I Can't Dance" Video and is also suitable for Joint/Balance/Flexibility/Pain Relief."Help! I Can't Dance" Video teaches how to move the feet when they feel like "concrete." (free click here)
When "muscle movements" are not responding, the natural "inhale expansion movements" (typical of the "startle response") can be trained to create specific types of footwork. Various foot movements are taught which can then be adapted into specific dance steps.
Flexibility exercises are also presented which coordinate with the "expansive energy" of the footwork to create flexible body motions. Complete flexibility of the entire body is achieved.
A quick analysis of a specific dance step will enable an appropriate "expansive footwork" to be applied.
In less than two hours of participating along with the step-by-step video instruction foot movement and flexibility will be obtained. Anyone desiring to increase flexibility and balance, reduce stiffness and joint problems, will benefit from this presentation.
Sufficient expertise to apply to a specific dance form will be obtained. Of course practice is needed; but what to practice will have been obtained.
