Increased Circulation/Energy Flow/Toxin Removal
This flushed and relaxed face illustrates the increase of circulation available through the use of the abdominal
and/or void breathing techniques. Increased blood circulation due to blood vessel/tissue/joint expansion on the inhale breath also permits more toxin removal with the increased capacity of the exhale. Of note is that toxins can actually be tasted on the exhale as they leave the body.
The breathing is illustrated in the prone position because the body is able to completely relax. Muscle contraction is not used for the stretching. Expansion of the body during an inhale is used to expand the body tissue so the body is expanding/massaging relaxed tissue. Walking with the same inhale expansion bio-dynamics will produce a walking "massage." If someone is unable to breathe with conventional chest expansion, the effortless abdominal or void expansion will provide an alternate method of effortlessly taking a deep breath. The breath therapy for the extremely sick will then be possible as well. Learning the technique before it is needed for rehabilitation would be a good idea.
On an inhale body expansion, the spinal column will expand and straighten, and joints will expand open. The abdominal cavity will open and function unrestricted as the entire body expands, stretches and lengthens. Body organs will not only be more oxygenated, but will have minimal compression placed on them.
A "wash and rinse" effect visualized during the inhale and exhale cycles will also reduce localized pain, trauma, tension. This can be focused on specific parts of the body with the same visualized breath cycles. Reducing pain and trauma allows the body to rest and focus on healing other areas of wellness.
(Story: Progressive breath expansion stretching the back and spinal column for three hours loosened up a totally seized up back that was injured falling off a ladder. The back would not expand at all when starting the breath expansion. Three hours later the back was completely stretching in an arc upwards. Next day no pain, slight soreness. A one hour session featured in the Wellness/Healing/Pain Reduction Video removed all pain for several hours.)
This would be a good time to mention that medical help, or medication, may not be available because of over-crowding, quarantine, or the lack of desire to go to a medical facility that is also treating people with the contagious disease.

STRESS/ NERVES/ TENSION-----------and a RESTFUL SLEEP
Adequate rest and sleep is a major part of the body's ability to keep it's immune system healthy. Nervous stress and tension go away as the body relaxes; or visa versa. A few deep, entire body expansion/spinal cord stretching, in-breaths promotes a restful sleep. Often immediately. (Spinal cord stretching seems to be a major part of this restful sleep factor.)
During the day, an occasional in breathed, vertical standing stretch with arms over the head also reduces stress/tension; especially if a few steps are simultaneously taken. Making the inhale expansion the method by which everyday body motion is accompolished places the body in a constant state of stretching muscles, tissues, organ, and joints.
The tension from intimidation, adversity, confrontation, and bullying also affect immunity and wellness.
A side effect of the body tissue relaxing and body straightening is an immediate thinning down visual effect as swollen body tissue mass reduces in size as the trauma/toxin effects go away. So, thinning down can also be from the reduction of a stress/tension "bloating effect."
The power of meditation to reduce stress is widely documented. The version of meditation used in this website is an active "listening" during a state or relationship of "oneness."
The state of "Oneness" used in this website is a oneness which is obtained in the midst of chaos. Perception of and entry of various conflict is altered to achieve a type of closure. It may not be the desired type of closure; but it is a closure. Unique is that the state of rest and restoration is achieved via the inhale breath cycle and not by going to another place. Therefore a sense of harmony with the chaos.

DIET/Vitamins
A proper diet depends on the personal philosophy toward food and types of food. Within each particular diet there are foods for performance and immunity enhancement, so eat those. Also supplements and vitamins are available. Trace elements seem to be important considerations in the foods considered for immunity. Sustaining life requirements are not the same as maximizing natural immunity requirements.
The dilemma is that all the "evidence" keeps changing and/or can be contradictory. So, basically, take care of yourself.
One popular suggestion is to use the cold prevention lozenges or throat sprays because of the zinc hinders virus germs. Especially during a virus outbreak this would then be a good idea. There are suggestions to use the aerosol sprays on a face mask or handkerchief.
My own preference for zinc in a diet is "steak and eggs" a few times a week (actually beef jerky and microwaved "more expensive, super supplement, scrambled eggs.) There are supposed to be trace elements that work with each other in this classic entree. Seems to work. Tastes good, so also serves as a dietary treat or reward. There is a noticeable, subjective/objective difference in "energy" that takes about three weeks to cycle when going on or off a 3-4 times a week "steak and eggs" regimen. (Not being a young man means that the "testosterone needs fat" study may also apply.)
Note that my concern is for stronger energy for living now, rather than living long. Personal choices especially apply here.
3-4,000 mg of Vit C. rounds out my diet/vitamin immunity method. Seems to work.
The effects of diet don't occur immediately. Enhancing the diet for natural body immunity needs to be a continual process, or choice.
SLEEP/REST
Adequate amounts of sleep for a well rested body is supposed to be a large part of maintaining natural immunity. When sleep time is limited, making it the most restful, restoring sleep as possible is a good idea.
Reducing tension from the often unchangeable adversities of life is possible by changing the perception of the adversity. Some ideas for this are in the "Empowerment over Adversity, Intimidation, Bullying video which is a free video.
Physical relaxation techniques include doing a complete body stretch via the abdominal or void breathing techniques in the free Abdominal to Void Breathing video. 6 or 7 deep full body inhale expansion breath stretches after jumping in bed promote a relaxed, restorative sleep. Including falling to sleep quicker. Better blood circulation and body tissue expansion also improves toxin removal.
Doing just 1 or 2 deep breath expansion when waking up and opening one's spirit to the energy of the day and then laying there and listening/meditating for a moment empowers the day. Also takes some frustration out of the day.

ONENESS and MEDITATION
Oneness is a connection and state of being that confirms that we are not alone. Obviously we exist in a world outside our self. The extent of that world is our choice. There is both the physical and metaphysical worlds to choose from. We can accept what we want as well.
For many there is a self awareness that goes along with a sense of oneness. An empowerment results.
Meditation is a part of oneness. For this website "meditation" is defined as an active, purposeful, "listening."
Listening implies "receiving." "Seeking" is too active of a definition. Opening the void via breath rhythms is an access to both oneness and meditation.
There is a calming, tension reducing effect to both oneness and meditation. Therefore an immunity booster.
Because breath rhythms are historically linked to the metaphysical, a breath rhythm method of obtaining oneness and meditation are used.
